Tiffany Milligan Brown received a B.A. in political science from UALR in 2002 and a J.D. from UALR in 2005, where she served as the Research Editor of the UALR Law Review. After graduating from law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lavenski R. Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit from 2005 to 2007. In August 2007, she became a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard D. Taylor of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. In August 2008, Mrs. Brown returned to the chambers of the Honorable Lavenski Smith, where she now serves as a career judicial law clerk.

Julie Cullen received a B.S. from Texas A&M and a J.D. and M.P.A. from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She serves as a law clerk to the Honorable Larry Vaught, Chief Judge of the Arkansas Court of Appeals. Her prior work includes serving as a clerk for the Honorable Lavenski Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, serving as a policy advisor to former Governor of the State of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee, serving as a lobbyist for the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, serving as a staff member to the State of Affairs committee of Texas Senate, and serving in the administration of former President of the United States, George Herbert Walker Bush. Cullen also teaches as a guest lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Charlene Fleetwood received a B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 1995 and a J.D. from UALR in 2001. She has served as an attorney for the Office of Child Support Enforcement for the Searcy Regional Office and is currently serving in that capacity for the Little Rock OCSE, where she represents the state in circuit, federal district and bankruptcy courts.

Judge Vic Fleming holds a B.A. from Davidson College and a J.D. from the UALR Bowen School of Law. After graduation he practiced law for 18 years and served for 10 years on the Arkansas Educational Television Commission. He has been Little Rock's traffic judge, formally known as Little Rock District Judge, Second Department, since 1997. In addition to his legal work, Judge Fleming is a humor columnist and author, a writer of crossword puzzles (several of which have appeared in the New York Times), and a member of the Arkansas Writers’ Hall of Fame.

James F. Goodhart has served as General Counsel for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission since 1997. While originally a native of Little Rock, Mr. Goodhart obtained his undergraduate degree in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1981. He later received his J.D. degree, with honors, from Loyola University (1986) and his Masters of Law degree, with honors, in Environmental and Energy Law from Tulane University (1991). He subsequently served as a judicial clerk with the United States District Court (Honorable Nauman S. Scott) in Alexandria, Louisiana and then followed in private practice with firms in Alexandria and New Orleans. Upon returning to Little Rock in 1991, he engaged in private practice concentrating in environmental law.

Michael Johnson received a B.A. from Washington State University in 1970, and a J.D. from the University of Washington in 1973. Since that time he has been employed in the U.S. Department of Justice, originally in the Civil Rights Division and since 1984 in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas, where he has served at various times as First Assistant U.S. Attorney, U.S. Attorney and currently serves as Senior Litigation Counsel. He has taught at UALR numerous times as an adjunct, mostly in the Lawyering Skills II course.

Jeremy B. Lowrey received a B.A. from the University of Tulsa in 1987 and a J.D. from the College of William and Mary in 1991. He has served as appellate defense counsel and the deputy chief of the Capital Post-Conviction Division of the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System, as well as maintaining a private practice of law. McAlpine is Assistant General Counsel in the corporate legal department of Staffmark, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of contract law, intellectual property and trade secret law, employment law, immigration law, and commercial litigation. Sam Perroni received a B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1970 and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Little Rock Division, in 1974. While in law school, he clerked for William R. Wilson Jr., United States District Judge, while Judge Wilson was in private practice, as well as for the late Henry Woods, United States District Court Judge. After graduation he served as an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Following this employment, he entered private practice with Jack Holt, Jr., former Chief Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court, before starting his own firm, practicing primarily in the area of white collar crime defense. He taught trial advocacy at UALR for many years between 1977 and 1998.

Griffin J. Stockley received a B.A. from Rhodes College in 1965, and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas in 1972. He served as staff attorney for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services for three decades, during which time he argued numerous landmark cases before the Arkansas Supreme Court. He also served as staff attorney for the Disability Rights Center and the ACLU of Arkansas. Currently he is the Dee Brown Fellow at the Central Arkansas Library System Butler Center for Arkansas Studies. Besides being the author of a series of legal novels, he has written two award-winning non-fiction histories: Blood in Their Eyes: The Elaine Race Massacres of 1919, and Daisy Bates: Civil Rights Crusader from Arkansas.
