Dean Baldridge works to build cordial and productive relationships with graduates, students, public officials, and other friends of the law school. She joined the law school administrative staff in 1997 after holding positions as District Director for Congressman Ray Thornton, Director of Communications for the University of Arkansas System, Project Director for the Old Main Campaign at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Press Secretary for then-Governor Bill Clinton, Director of Consumer Protection for Attorney General Clinton, columnist for the Arkansas Democrat, and copy editor at the Arkansas Gazette.
