Before joining the Bowen School of Law as a visiting professor, Nicholas Kahn-Fogel spent two years teaching at the University of Zambia School of Law. Here, and in Zambia, Professor Kahn-Fogel has taught a range of courses, including Torts, Business Associations, Sales, and Intellectual Property. Professor Kahn-Fogel's forthcoming article, Beyond Manson and Lukolongo: A Critique of American and Zambian Eyewitness Law with Recommendations for Reform in the Developing World, will be published in the Florida Journal of International Law this spring.
