Dean Taylor serves as the Assistant Dean for Academic Support at the Bowen School of Law, where he coordinates the Academic Success Program for first year law students, provides academic advising, and teaches a course designed to help students prepare for the bar exam.  Dean Taylor graduated from the Bowen School of Law in May 2005 at the top of his class.  While in law school, Dean Taylor wrote 16 top papers.  He also was a member of the UALR Law Review, The Adelphia Law Journal, the Honor Council, and the Moot Court Board.  Before returning to the law school to serve as Assistant Dean for Academic Support, Dean Taylor spent a year practicing real estate law for Dillard’s, Inc.  Dean Taylor is married to Tasha Sossamon Taylor, who is also a graduate of the Bowen School of Law and who currently serves as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Robert L. Brown of the Arkansas Supreme Court.

Dean Taylor is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association.  He and his wife are active in their church, the Oasis Church of Central Arkansas, located in Maumelle, where he sings on the praise team and she plays the drums.
