Terrence Cain joined the tenure-track law faculty in the fall of 2007, but taught employment discrimination and civil liberties as an adjunct professor between 2004 and 2007. He currently teaches Reasoning, Writing and Advocacy. While a law student, Professor Cain served as the associate notes editor of the UALR Law Review and graduated with honors.
After graduation, he began a solo appellate practice, primarily before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the Arkansas Supreme Court and the Arkansas Court of Appeals. His practice areas consisted chiefly of employment discrimination, domestic relations and criminal defense.
