While a student, Prof. Fendler served as Editor in Chief of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Journal. After graduation she clerked for Judge Richard Arnold of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and practiced law with the Washington, D.C. firm of Wilmer Cutler and Pickering as an associate. She joined the law faculty in 1986 and teaches Business Associations, Securities Regulation, and Sales Transactions. She has published articles in the area of corporation law and serves as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers.
