After 14 years in private practice in Dallas, Texas and Washington, D.C., specializing in municipal finance and commercial real estate, Professor Goldner joined the faculty in 1988. He served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs from 1993 to 1997, as Interim Dean in July 1997, as Associate Dean of External Relations from 1998 to 2000, and as Dean from 2000 to 2008. Professor Goldner serves as chair of the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission, as chair of the Arkansas Supreme Court Professional Practicum Committee, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Law School Admission Council, and as a member of the Accreditation Committee of the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar. He teaches Local Government, Property, Real Estate Transactions, Commercial Paper, and Legal Profession.
