Professor Serfass joined the faculty in 1992. As Electronic Resources and Reference Librarian, she plays a primary role in Lexis, Loislaw, Westlaw and Internet training for law students. She is responsible for web development at the law school and for the law library. Professor Serfass also provides reference assistance to library patrons. She currently serves as Chair of the Research Instruction and Patron Services Special Interest Section of the American Association of Law Libraries and is an active participant in other state and regional library organizations. Professor Serfass serves as research editor of and has written articles for the Journal of Appellate Practice and Process. She is the co-author of the Loislaw User’s Guide (2002).
