Volpe Sworn in as U.S. Magistrate Judge
UALR William H. Bowen School of Law graduate Joe Volpe was recently sworn in as a United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
Volpe is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and received his J.D. in 1995 from the Bowen School. He replaces Judge John Forster Jr., who retired last year. Since 2002, Volpe has been Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney's Office.
