Fitzhugh Participates in Mosaic Templars Panel
Professor Kathryn Fitzhugh, Reference and Special Collections Librarian, will participate in a special panel on
"Slavery by Another Name" at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center.
In addition to the panel, Doug Brandon, author of "Slavery by Another Name," will speak about his book on U.S. slavery after slavery - penal farms and chain gangs - in Alabama and Georgia.
Judge Wiley Branton, Jr. and Howard Himmelbaum will also participate in the panel discussion.
