BLSA is very active on campus. The organization assists the law school with the Pre-Law Undergraduate Scholars (PLUS) Program, Minority Pre-Law Day, minority recruitment, and minority mentoring. BLSA sends representatives to the organization’s regional and national annual meetings as well as holding its own local retreats, monthly meetings, and annual awards banquet. The UALR William H. Bowen School of Law’s Black Law Student's Association members often hold regional and district offices in the National Black Law Students Association.
